The Sparrow and the Mouse: Creating the Music of Edith Piaf

Sisterscene Productions (Canada)

Edith Piaf’s life was captivating, from an unknown child in a brothel to the most famous French singer in the world.   However, few people have heard of her sister, Simone Berteaut.  Their enduring friendship is an incredible story told here in the intimate setting of the Museum of Alchemists – expect magic to happen!  Featuring the songs:  ‘L’Accordéoniste’, ‘La Vie en Rose’ and ‘Hymne à l’Amour’.

'Captivating’ (Production Ottawa).

‘Absolutely divine’ (Uptown Magazine).

‘One of the most amazing voices I’ve ever heard.  Five stars!’ (Ignite 107).
